During his time as chair of trustees I enjoyed getting to know Richard a little whilst supporting him with ICT support requests, which would often start, “Hi Ben, I remember you speak Mac…” He was always appreciative of any help we could give. Richard was always a welcome visitor in our Northampton office, his warmth and his humour would put anyone at ease, I know my colleagues liked him very much. As did I.
